SHIPPING

You may choose USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail at check out. USPS estimated delivery times are 2-5 days for domestic Ground Advantage and 1-3 days for domestic Priority Mail.  Please note that these are only estimates; USPS does not guarantee a delivery date for any of its services. Holidays or severe weather events may cause delays. 

Please check the item description for details. Ready-to-ship items will ship on the next business day, excluding holidays. For personalized, custom and made-to-order items, please check the item details for information on time to make and ship.

You will receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped.

🔆 With porch theft on the rise, I offer the option to require a signature for delivery for an additional $5. If tracking shows delivery to the shipping address but the package goes missing, I will not be able to refund or replace.

Kindly double check your shipping address.

At the present time, I do not ship outside of the United States.

LOST, STOLEN AND RETURNED PACKAGES

Off Kilter Quilts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a safe shipping address, watch the package tracking, and communicate with your carriers about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered, we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers. We recommend contacting and filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any lost or stolen package issues.

If a package is returned to us via "return-to-sender" and you would like it to be reshipped to you, we require a reshipping fee.

RETURNS

Personalized items (pillows, Christmas stockings), custom-made and made-to-order items of any kind, and quilting fabric ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

🔆 Policy for return-eligible items: I accept returns of items in their original condition for a refund. Please email offkilterquilts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your return request. Buyer must pay for return postage plus tracking and insurance. A full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so using the Contact form within 2 hours of ordering.
