DETAILS
This handmade quilt has the "scrappy" look of traditional quilts but is made with modern fabrics in a contemporary pattern. It's a perfect complement to a transitional living space, and the combination of warm yellows and cool grays is so pretty.
Note that the "background" is made of two slightly different shades of gray to enhance the scrappy look.
The backing is a sunny yellow print and the binding is a deep charcoal gray. It has been professionally quilted with a pretty, swirling pattern.
Drape it over your sofa, ready to grab on chilly nights, or over a favorite chair to create a cozy nook. Fold it just so over a quilt ladder to add a focal point to your decor in any room. Place it in your guest bedroom to welcome friends and relatives. Fold it at the bottom of a bed to add a layer of warmth when needed.
The middle layer (the batting) is made of bamboo and silk -- I love using this because it's both natural and a bit lighter in weight than all cotton, though it provides the same level of comfort and breathability. It also has a beautiful drape.
The quilt is a generous throw size of 56 X 70. If size is important, please measure your space to avoid disappointment.

CARE
The quilt is machine washable in cold water and can be tumbled dry. Detailed care instructions will be included with the item. After washing, it will develop the desired "crinkle" associated with quilted goods
SHIPPING
This quilt is ready to ship. You may choose USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority during check out; both come with tracking and insurance.
With porch theft on the rise, I offer the option to require a signature for delivery for an additional $5. If tracking shows delivery to the shipping address but the package goes missing, I will not be able to refund or replace.
